This July, our long-standing team member Ben accepted a promotion and became an Ops Coordinator, working alongside Tim to deliver the service consistency required day to day. We are all super proud of Ben and have been privileged to be part of his journey so far—seeing the pleasure he gets from always going the extra mile for customers and his sheer determination to pass his driving test all those years ago.
